Webflow form with Scoring
Greenly is a start-up specialized in establishing carbon footprints for companies. To establish the carbon footprints of its customers, Greenly also needs to define the carbon score of each of their suppliers. Until now, the start-up used online forms such as TypeForm or Jotform to collect this information. It was then up to their teams to calculate the score according to the answers provided, and then to contact their customers and suppliers to communicate with them. This involved mailings, hand calculations, Hubspot database updates, etc.
Greenly has hundreds of customers, who themselves have dozens of suppliers, which would have made thousands of results to collect, calculate and score. Fortunately, they contacted us to automate this Webflow process 🤩
Project Mapping
The main issues of the project were:
- Improvement of the user experience
- Bilingual form French / English
- Automated web form with multiple tools
- Instant scoring system
- Customised form with Greenly graphic charter
Offer Digidop
- Designing an instant and adaptive customer journey
- Design of automated workflows
- Development of the Figma model to Webflow (respect of the Digicalidad)

- Connection to the Hubspotdatabase
Project progress
1. Designing an instant adaptive form
1 day
The first challenge of this project was to develop an evolving and instantaneous form. More concretely, the Greenly form had to evolve according to the answers of each user. For example, from the first step, the visitor can choose between 6 sectors of activity, each of which leads to 6 different web forms. Beyond the customer experience, it is also the rate of engagement that is strengthened, using a targeted form. We have designed this form so that each step becomes a conversion lever.
2. Increase the rate of engagement
3 days
As the questionnaire is quite long, we had to find other levers to maximise this engagement rate. In collaboration with the Greenly team, we added several features to the form:
- Targeted form: each form displays the name of its customer to the supplier who fills it in
- Multi-step webflow form: organised by themes to group questions and structure the form
- Step-by-step tracking system: to easily locate yourself in the questionnaire and answer the question "Where am I?
- Percentage progress gauge: to know how far you have progressed in the questionnaire
3. Webflow form with automated workflow
3 days
Creating an automated workflow in this case means creating a 100% autonomous webflow form. From the first step of the form, through the calculation of the carbon score and the enrichment of the Hubspot databases, we have designed a workflow that makes the Greenly form totally independent. For this we combined our two favourite tools, Webflow and Integromat:
- use of Integromat webhooks to connect the form,
- use of the Webflow module,
- Integromat integration in Webflow,
- integrated Hubspot module,
- Use of filtering systems.
Integromat has enabled us to meet different types of needs:
- Scoring system: calculation of the Carbon Footprint according to a number of scoring rules set by Greenly
- Scalable form: display a precise score according to the answers to the form
- Instant form: no waiting time, customers get their results directly
- Feeding Hubspot: updating the database live
4. Multistep Form Webflow Development
3 days
It was essential to think of the Webflow development in relation to the workflow we had designed. Many Webflow functionalities were necessary to respect the model while being in agreement with the workflow. Of course, we respected a Digicalidad development for the whole project.
3 tools have been integrated into Webflow
- Make: form automation
- Weglot: translation in 2 languages
- Hubspot: directly fed via Integromat webhook.
Results
- 100% customised
- 100% automated
- Bilingual form French / English
- Best customer experience : live carbon footprint results, with follow-up from the Greenly team.
- Better employee experience: answers directly integrated into Hubspot, a score calculated automatically, customers directly informed. Teams are thus freed up for higher value-added tasks.
