01

Understanding of needs

We discuss with your teams to understand your business and commercial issues, the project objectives, the operational means and the constraints.

02

Market analysis

We conduct a thorough market analysis to understand our clients' business and competitive environment. We examine market trends, direct and indirect competitors, as well as opportunities and threats to the business. This analysis allows us to better understand user expectations and create a solution that stands out in the market.

03

Search for references and inspirations

We study and explore a variety of sources of inspiration to create unique and innovative design ideas. Analyzing industry trends, similar industry designs, and our clients' web references allows us to come up with original and creative ideas for future branding.

04

Information architecture

We define and structure the important pages of the site on a FigJam, using the information gathered in the previous steps. We work to create a clear, logical structure that is designed for both SEO and conversion. The use of mind maps and wireframes allows us to organize the information and define the hierarchy of the website navigation.

01

Moodboard and graphic universe

The moodboard created on Figma allows us to define the atmosphere and artistic direction of the project using a set of images, colors, typography, textures, shapes or any other visual element. These sources of inspiration allow us to establish a graphic universe adapted to the client's needs, which can be minimalist, institutional, offbeat, vintage, futuristic, impactful, tech, etc.

02

Logo redesign

If the company already has a logo, we can rework it or modernize it using tools such as PhotoShop or Illustrator so that it fits better into the new graphic charter. The redesign of the logo can be a way to strengthen the visual identity of the web agency and make it more recognizable.

03

Choice of colors

This step consists in defining the primary and secondary colors of the graphic charter. We choose the colors in coherence with the moodboard and propose them in web and print formats. We also integrate rules of use of the colors to optimize the web accessibility of the future site.

04

Choice of typefaces

We take into consideration criteria of use, design and web accessibility for the choice of typography. The objective is that they fit perfectly into the graphic universe while respecting good levels of legibility.

05

Web screenings

Our graphic charters are web oriented, and we propose you for that several examples of web interfaces on your Figma file, in coherence with your new identity, to help us to define the artistic direction of your future web site.

06

Rules of use

The rules for using your logo, your colors, your typography and your graphic elements are integrated into the Figma project charter. You will be able to keep a visual coherence on all types of supports, on your media, your advertising campaigns, your events, your merchandise, etc.

01

Architecture of each page

We build the architecture of each page of your website using the information gathered in the previous steps. We make sure that the architecture is clear, logical and intuitive for the users.

02

User journey study (ideation)

We study each section to ensure that the information is clear, consistent with the message to be conveyed and that the user experience is optimal. We also make sure that users are encouraged to perform actions (conversion, click on a link, referral to strategic pages, content download, etc.)

03

Setting up the navigation

We link pages together to ensure smooth navigation for users. We make sure that the links are logical and easy to find.

04

User Experience Testing

The goal of this step is to provide the best possible user experience for the company's potential leads. We collect feedback internally and with your teams to propose an optimal UX.

05

Integration of texts

The integration of copyrighting is done at the time of the UX phase in order to think each section according to the message to convey. The sections of each page can then be designed in a coherent way.

01

Application of the graphic charter

We apply the graphic charter defined during the previous steps on the web interface. A first visual identity of the website takes shape with the integration of colors, typographies, icons and other graphic elements.

02

Creation of a web universe

We create a unique and immersive visual universe on the model, using design elements such as icons, images, illustrations, textures and patterns. We make sure that the universe is in line with the company's identity and the project's needs.

03

Integration of graphic elements

We create the web mockup in connection with all the graphic elements that you communicate to us. We take care of the integration of illustrations, mockup design, icons, images, 2D and 3D motion design, videos, shapes, etc.

04

Web animations

Our designers also think of the web model with all the animations that will be found on the site. This is a collaborative work between graphic designers, web designers and web developers to find the best compromise between design, web accessibility and SEO optimizations.

01

Creation of a guide style

Our designers define the entire UI style guide for the web project. It includes the different web design rules to respect in order to keep a uniformity and a graphic coherence on the website. The style guide is composed of margin and spacing styles, color styles, text styles, effect styles, and all other design uniformity rules.

02

Icons and illustrations library

Our team will create a library of icons and illustrations that can be used throughout your design system. These visual elements will help reinforce your brand identity while adding personality to your website or application.

03

Creating a CMS Guide

We think about the CMS of your future Webflow site from the design phase. For that we elaborate a guide for your content management system (CMS), which we validate with you before the launch of the web development.

01

Reusable components library

We create a library of reusable components based on the elements of the template. These components can be used to quickly create new layouts and evolve your website. Reusable components can be buttons, forms, maps, lists, etc.

02

Creation of component families

To make the component library even more efficient, we create component families. Component families are a group of similar components that have common functionality. For example, buttons can be a family of components that have variants for colors and sizes.

03

Creation of component variants

We create component variants to provide more flexibility and customization. Component variants are alternative versions of a base component that have different styles. For example, a button can have variants for colors, sizes, icons, text, etc. They also allow you to define the appearance of each of the graphical elements according to their states (inactive, hovered, clicked, sent, etc.)
