Tech start-up case study: Reecall
Introduction:
Digidop supported Reecall, a startup (SaaS) that has developed an AI-based conversational agent to improve the quality of customer service for companies. Our mission was to redesign their website to highlight their expertise and use cases, but also to relieve the SaaS tech team of the development and management of the site. The site also had to be multilingual.

- Understanding workshop: We held a workshop to gain an in-depth understanding of Reecall's business, needs and expectations for the site redesign.
- Wireframe and User Experience (UX) : Our team developed a detailed wireframe with a focus on a fluid user experience, facilitating navigation through the different use cases and industries.
- Mock-ups (UI) on Figma: Several mock-ups were designed on Figma to present different visual and functional approaches, in accordance with Reecall's needs.
- SEO-Friendly development on Webflow: The site was developed on Webflow following a"Client-First" approach and with a focus on SEO optimization, to ensure maximum visibility.
- Webflow editor mode training: We trained the Reecall teams to use the Webflow editor mode, to allow them to manage and edit the content of the site independently.
- Tool integration: We have integrated various tools such as Axeptio, Weglot, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for optimal data management and a personalized user experience.
- Multilingual site: The site has been designed to be multilingual to meet the needs of an international audience and to extend the reach of Reecall.
- Development of Google Ads components and landing pages
Conclusion:
Working closely with Reecall, we were able to transform their website into a true web platform showcasing their expertise, while providing an optimal user experience and increased visibility through natural search. The multilingual website allows Reecall to reach a wider audience and expand its influence internationally.
