Introduction

Groupe Monceau Langues is a multi-brand language training center for professionals. Certified Qualiopi, Ecovadis and member of Acteurs de la Compétence, Monceau Langues offers training solutions, language stays and certifications in over five languages. 

Project challenges

  1. New web strategy : Following its recent mergers & acquisitions, Monceau Langues needed support to rethink the Group's web strategy. 
  2. Technological migration: Monceau Langues' previous site was developed using Wordpress, and the teams had identified several performance and security problems.
  3. A new artistic direction : On the occasion of its merger & acquisition, the group worked on a new graphic identity, which we had to rely on.
  4. New offers & new centers: New formats, new language stays, new centers, the expansion of Monceau Langues has led to a need for restructuring.
  5. SEO performance: Monceau Langues needed to strengthen its existing positions and win new ones. 
  6. Management autonomy: The customer wanted to be able to manage the site autonomously.

Strategy and Solutions

  1. Web strategy: Redefinition of the challenges and refinement of the web strategy during several design sprint workshops.
  2. Site map design: New site tree with over 50 pages.
  3. UX optimization: A user experience designed for mobile.
  4. SEO collaboration: Coordination throughout the project with theSEO agency Eskimoz, and integration of technical recommendations.
  5. Wordpress to Webflow migration: A number of resources, notably related to the blog, have been migrated from the old CMS to Webflow. 
  6. Training and autonomy: Training in editor, designer and Webflow CMS mode to ensure customer autonomy.

Results

  • A site with more than 50 pages
  • A coherent web strategy for the Group and its brands
