Among the new Figma 2022 features is the Dark & Light mode! You will now be able to adjust your designer according to your preferences. Here is how to easily activate the Figma dark & light mode.

Only the Figma interface, tools and features are impacted by this dark & light mode. Your models will remain as is.

Step 1: Open a Figma project

Go to the Figma project in which you want to design. 

Step 2: Access the project preferences

From the navigation bar of your project, go to the top left of the settings and open the file preferences. 

Step 3: Go to themes

In the preferences, go to the bottom of the Themes.

Step 4: Choose Dark or Light mode

The themes then offer you to choose between Dark mode or Light mode. The choice of this theme will then be applied to your entire Figma account, i.e. your other projects, your main dashboard, etc.
