Edit a Webflow site from your Smartphone / Mobile

Webflow is a very powerful tool, its CMS allows you to add personalized content in a dynamic way very quickly.

In our article of the day, we are going to show you how, in a few steps, you can edit your Webflow site from your phone.

Step 1: Download the Phoneflow application

Webflow does not have an official mobile application (yet). However, there is an application that allows you to connect to a kind of editor mode of your project and edit your website easily.

To do this, simply download the"Phoneflow" application from the App Store or Play Store.

Step 2: Login to Webflow from the application

Once downloaded, you can open the mobile application. When you first open the application, you will be asked to log in to the Webflow account that contains the site, landing page or project you want to edit.

1. You are the administrator of the Webflow account

If you are the administrator of the account you wish to edit, you will simply need to click on"Login". From there, you will be redirected to the Webflow login page. Then enter your login information to log in.

Once you log in, you will have to select the project you want to edit from your mobile and confirm that the application can access your project.

2. You are a Webflow account editor

If you do not own the Webflow project, you will need to :

• Contact the Webflow project administrator
• Ask him for the API key of the project
• Enter the key in the dedicated area on the Phoneflow login page

To generate an API key, you must :

• Go to the general settings of the Webflow project
• Go to the "Integrations" tab
• Click on"Generate API Token" in the "API Access" section
• Copy the API key

Step 3: Edit your project from your smartphone

Now that you are logged in, you can see the different collections and items in your project.

The application settings also allow you to:

• Publish your Webflow project
• Choose the level of compression of your images
• Be notified on your phone via the application when a form is completed on the site
• Order your collections

Phoneflow has a special offer for agencies. The goal is to allow agencies to subscribe their clients directly.

• The subscription is done via the Webflow API key
• There is the possibility to add or remove accounts
• Up to 20 accounts possible

Starter (5 accounts ): 9.99€ per month or 109.99€ per year

Basic (10 accounts): $21.99 per month or $219.99 per year

Business (20 accounts): $43.99 per month or $349.99 per year
