Who is Clawork Avocats? 

Clawork Avocats is a young coworking space launched in late 2022 by Marie Guichon Lepercq. This coworking space has the particularity to be 100% dedicated to lawyers. Hence the name ;)

The first Clawork Avocats space will soon open its doors in Lyon, to welcome lawyers from all branches in a friendly space of

• 15 individual offices
• 15 open space positions
• 2 lounges and work spaces
• 3 meeting rooms

One-time reservations, subscriptions, kitchen area, training, etc. The ideal place for all lawyers or law firms in the region, looking for a place to work with their colleagues.

Why did this workspace contact Digidop ?

Clawork Avocats was a project in full launch at the time of the first exchanges. This coworking space therefore had many challenges:

1. Create a graphic identity
2. To have visibility with its customers
3. Propose a reservation and subscription system
4. To follow the evolution of its customers

Our web strategy for this coworking space

To meet these different objectives, we have defined a precise timeline spread over 1.5 months and including :

1. Development of a graphic identity

A warm but professional atmosphere, clarity, a minimalist design... and here is the very first graphic identity for Clawork Avocats! We created a whole graphic charter that will be used as a basis for the website, and that Clawork Avocats will be able to share with architects and decorators for the design of its future offices, meeting rooms, work spaces, etc.

2. UX wireframe and UI mockup

A work of modeling of the site took place in two times with :

1. Wireframe: we worked in direct collaboration with the Clawork Avocats team to define an optimal user experience. The objective of this step is to optimize the conversion rate of the site by guiding the user as much as possible from the understanding of the offers to the booking step.
2. UI model: based on the art direction and the wireframe, we designed the entire UI model of the site by creating a universe specific to Clawork Avocats.

Web model entirely realized on Figmawith the possibility of collaborating and interacting live throughout the project with Clawork Avocats.

3. Development of the Webflow site

Once the mock-up is done, it's time for the development stage in Webflow! Nearly 10 pages to develop, sometimes dynamic, sometimes static. Of course a Webflow development made 100% with the Client-First FR method(learn more about Client-First in French). The objective was to have :

1. A site with a "clean" development
2. A site with best practices in SEO
3. A fast site
4. A site that converts
5. In short 👉 a site #digicalidad ;)

4. Autonomy in the management of rooms and work spaces

All rooms, individual offices and workspaces have been dynamically built in Webflow. This allows Clawork Avocat to manage each of its spaces in an agile way and to make them evolve according to its needs. Clawork Avocat has a fully scalable site on which they are :

• autonomy on the management of meeting rooms / work spaces / individual offices / etc.
• autonomy on the management of offers / prices / subscriptions / training / etc.
• autonomy on the blog
• autonomy on the reservation system / customer management / etc.

5. Reservation and subscription management tool

Last objective, integrate a reservation and subscription management system directly into Webflow!

To do this we used MOFFI, a management tool 100% dedicated to coworking spaces. We connected MOFFI to Webflow to allow Clawork Avocats to have a single site where its users can register and reserve spaces.
